Welcome to ChickenWala ("we," "us," "our"), operated by Delyfresh Farm Tech Private Limited. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.chickenwala.co.in, our mobile ordering channels, and the WhatsApp/online ordering services (together, the "Platform"). By browsing the Platform, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to place an order with us.

2. Products & Services

• We offer fresh, halal-cut chicken, mutton, fish, and seafood for home delivery within our serviceable areas in Patna, Bihar.
• Product images are for representation purposes; actual cuts, weight, and appearance may vary slightly due to the natural nature of fresh meat.
• Any delivery-time estimate (including "45-minute delivery") is an approximate target, not a guarantee, and may vary due to order volume, traffic, weather, location, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Product availability is subject to daily stock and may change without prior notice.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

• All prices listed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Final billed weight and price are determined at the time of packing, as fresh cuts are weighed individually.
• We accept payments via the methods made available on the Platform (online payment, UPI, cash on delivery, or third-party ordering partners such as Swiggy, where applicable). Orders placed through a third-party platform are also subject to that platform's own terms.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or unavailability of stock.

4. Delivery Policy

• Delivery is currently available only within our listed serviceable areas in and around Patna. We do not guarantee delivery outside these areas.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive perishable orders at the delivery address and time provided.
• Risk in the goods passes to you once the order is delivered to the address provided at checkout.

5. Quality, Freshness & Handling

We take reasonable care to ensure meat, fish, and seafood are fresh, hygienically cut, and cold-chain maintained until delivery. As these are perishable food items, we recommend refrigerating or cooking the product promptly after delivery. We are not responsible for spoilage or quality issues arising from improper storage or delayed consumption after delivery.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Because our products are fresh and perishable, cancellations and refunds are handled as described on our Refund Policy page. Please review it before placing an order. Any quality complaint should be reported to us promptly, along with supporting details (such as photos), so we can review and resolve it fairly.

7. User Accounts

If you create an account on the Platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by: providing false order or delivery information; attempting to interfere with the security or functioning of the Platform; placing fraudulent or abusive orders; or using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including the ChickenWala name and logo, text, graphics, images, and layout — is the property of Delyfresh Farm Tech Private Limited or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.

10. Third-Party Links & Services

The Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services (such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, LinkedIn, or Swiggy). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party services, and your use of them is at your own discretion and subject to their respective terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChickenWala and Delyfresh Farm Tech Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or the products ordered, beyond the value of the order in question.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal/regulatory reasons. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Patna, Bihar.
