1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver only within Patna in the following areas. If your area is not listed, we are not able to deliver to it yet. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability.
2. Delivery Time
On-demand orders: delivered in about 45 minutes from the time your order is confirmed, during our delivery hours.
Preorders: delivered in the next-day slot you select. The 45-minute delivery applies only to on-demand orders.
Orders placed outside delivery hours: these are delivered at the start of our next delivery window.
Delays: delivery may take longer during heavy traffic, bad weather or very high demand. If your order is delayed, we will contact you. You may cancel a delayed order before it is out for delivery for a full refund.
3. Delivery Charges and Minimum Order
Free delivery: orders of ₹299 or more are delivered free of charge.
Delivery fee: orders below ₹299 have a delivery fee of ₹25. The fee is shown at checkout before you pay, and no extra charges are added after you place the order.
Minimum order value: there is no minimum order value.
Prices: product prices and weights shown on the website at the time of ordering are the prices you pay. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
4. Packaging and Handling
Your order is cut, cleaned and packed after you place it, and delivered in sealed, hygienic packaging.
Please check the packaging when you receive your order. Refrigerate the items as soon as possible and cook them the same day or as advised for the product.
Weights are measured before packing. If you find a shortage, follow the complaint process in our Refund Policy.
5. Receiving Your Order
Please make sure the address and phone number you enter are correct and that someone is available to receive the order.
Failed delivery: if we cannot reach you or no one is available at the address, our delivery partner will wait for a short time and try to contact you. If delivery still cannot be completed, the order may be cancelled. Because the product is perishable, a refund may not be possible in this case, as explained in our Refund Policy.
Wrong address: if the address entered is incorrect or outside our delivery area, we may cancel the order and refund the amount.
